We are currently taking new patients and you can easily make an appointment by calling 270-441-4850 to quickly talk with a member of our staff who will facilitate scheduling a new appointment at your convenience.

We also offer an online new patient intake form which you may fill out and expect a response in 1-2 business days.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Bluegrass Medical Associates accepts all major insurance carriers except Medicaid. However, health insurance can be a complex environment and we recommend checking with a member of our staff or your insurance provider to ensure streamlined and affordable care.
